Contracting and Counterparty

By making the products and services available on our website www.knitwearstore.es no binding offer is made for the conclusion of any contract for these services.

The purchase contract for these products is made by you as a customer, when validating the order in the final step of the order process.

The portal has a contact form to make inquiries and returns, immediately after finishing it, you will receive a confirmation by email and the shipment of the purchased products will be processed.

The products will be shipped by delivery courier within 24-48 hours (except non-working days or holidays). If the order has been placed after 15:00 h, it will be processed the next day.

The contract is made when KNITWEAR STORE accepts the order, by purchasing the products and the corresponding email in which the formalization of the purchase contract is expressly accepted. It will also apply when you have paid the purchase price when authorizing the payment.

If it is the case that, once the payment has been made, the company is unable to place your order due to lack of stock or for other related reasons, obviously, we will refund the final amount of said product during the following 48 hours (The time may vary depending on the intermediary platforms that carry out the management)

Pricing

All prices indicated are fixed prices in Euros (€) that contain the legal Value Added Tax (VAT).

·         Standard shipments to Spain and Portugal (peninsula and Balearic Islands) have a cost of € 4.95 | FREE for purchases over €50.

·         Standard shipping to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands costs €9.95 | FREE for purchases over €100.  |  Shipping costs do not include possible inbound customs clearance management charges, which must be borne by the recipient. 

·         Express shipments to Spain and Portugal (peninsula and Balearic Islands) have a cost of € 6.95

·         For international shipments, the system will calculate the shipping costs based on the order value. | FREE for purchases over €150. | In shipments to countries outside the EUROPEAN UNION, the shipment does not include possible inbound customs clearance management charges, which must be borne by the recipient.  

  

Payment

Unless otherwise indicated in the corresponding offer, payment will be made through PayPal CHECKOUT, this platform allows the use of credit or debit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Amex, Ideal, Maestro or PayPal.

Limitation of Liability

In the event of a breach of our obligations due to slight negligence, our liability is limited to the direct and typical average damage that would be foreseeable in view of the nature of the goods. This also applies to breaches of obligations by our legal representatives or auxiliary agents.

We will not be liable to employers in the event of a breach of non-essential contractual obligations due to slight negligence. The foregoing limitations of liability do not in any way affect any claims of the customer arising from liability for the service. Exchanges and returns

For operational reasons, we do not handle item EXCHANGES. You will need to request the return of the item and manage a new order. Check the conditions of the return in the following point.

 REFUNDS will be made within a maximum period of 60 days from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email:

  • During this period, you must contact us via email info@knitwearstore.es or through any means indicated in the contact section.

  • We will contact you via email to give you all the relevant instructions.

·         Returns Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal (peninsula): We can pick up at your home or send you a link to manage the return and leave it at a collection point. This option is free.

·         Returns Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, you must send us the package by the means you want. It is advisable that you use a method that allows you to track and prove that the package has been delivered to us. There is the option for us to arrange the collection with a charge of €15. You must write to us info@knitwearstore.es to request the service and receive the pick-up instructions. This amount will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded.

·         International returns in the European Union, you must send us the package by the means you want. It is advisable that you use a method that allows you to prove that the package has been delivered to us.  There is the option for us to arrange international pick-up with a charge of €30. You must write to us info@knitwearstore.es to request the service and receive the collection instructions (handled by FEDEX or DHL). This amount will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded.

 

·         Once we receive your package, we will check that it is in perfect condition and with all the tags and we will proceed to refund your order, deducting the return transport costs, if applicable.

  • In the event that the return is due to a factory defect of the product, KNITWEAR STORE will assume 100% of the transport costs generated by the return. Once the product is received and checked (condition, labels, etc.), we will proceed with the return, if applicable.

  • The refund will be made through the same way in which the payment was made.

 

Warranty Policy

KNITWEAR STORE offers a legal warranty of 3 years from the delivery of the good, as established by current legislation.

If any of the products purchased through our website are not compliant, you can contact us through the contact channels indicated on our website, so that the warranty can be managed in accordance with current legislation.

Also, if the item is within the return period, you can process the return by following the instructions above.

Opening a claim in the KNITWEAR STORE does not imply that the product is automatically covered by the warranty.

It is KNITWEAR STORE that has to analyze and make the decision whether the product is covered by the warranty or not.

For all these reasons, if it is assessed that the product does not come under warranty, you will be informed of the reason. From that moment on, it is up to you to decide whether to bear the costs incurred by the repair (if possible) or to return the product to you without the incident being resolved.

It will be taken into account that the shipping/collection costs generated by a product that does not come under warranty will be assumed by the customer.

On the other hand, if the product is covered by the warranty, it will be the KNITWEAR STORE that assumes these costs.

By requesting a warranty, the customer agrees to:

  • That the product has not been tampered with or misused.

  • Correctly report all problems or defects that your product has, providing as much information as possible and must be complete and concise. (any information not included will not be taken into account for the management of the warranty)

  • You must only provide the affected product without including any accessories thereof, as these may be exposed to deterioration or loss and it will not be the responsibility of KNITWEAR STORE.

  • Send the product properly packaged to avoid damage during the shipping process.

  • Authorise the transfer of all personal data that are necessary to carry out the correct management of the incident.

By requesting a warranty, KNITWEAR STORE undertakes to:

  • Carry out the management of the warranty, and it may be necessary to contact you to expedite and offer an effective after-sales service.

 

Consumer Information Document on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract for our product within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail to):

In order to comply with this withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period indicated above. The amount will be refunded immediately within the first 48 hours of your request (The time may vary depending on the intermediary platforms that carry out the management)

If the product has already arrived at its destination and you already have it available for return, the amount will be refunded to you immediately when we confirm the receipt/return of the product.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal on your part, you will be refunded all payments we have received from you (except for those generated by shipping costs in all cases). We will proceed to make such a refund using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction.
