Can I change my articles?

Yes of course. You can do it in two ways:

-         Contact us indicating your order reference, the item you want to exchange and why another item (size, color or new item). We will tell you the fastest way and how to manage it.

-         You can also return the item you want to exchange and place a new order with the item you want.

 

What is the deadline to make the exchange or return?

The deadline for any change is 1 month from the shipping confirmation email of your order.

 

What do I need to do to return an item and how much it is?

To return a garment you must log into your account and go to your order history. There you can select which orders you want to return. A refund will automatically be generated. Once we verify the data, we will authorize the return and send you an email:

Returns Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal (peninsula): we will send an agency to collect your package for free in the next 24-48 hours, always to the same address where your order was sent. If you want us to pick up your package at another address or leave it at a delivery point, you must notify us by email to info@knitwearstore.es.

Returns to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, you must send us the package by the means you want. It is advisable that you use a method that allows you to track and prove that the package has been delivered to us. There is the option for us to manage the collection for a charge of €15. You must write to us info@knitwearstore.es to request the service and receive collection instructions. This amount will be subtracted from the amount to be returned.

International returns in the European Union, you must send us the package by the means you want. It is advisable that you use a method that allows you to prove that the package has been delivered to us. There is the option for us to arrange international collection for a charge of €30. You must write to us info@knitwearstore.es to request the service and receive collection instructions (managed by FEDEX or DHL). This amount will be subtracted from the amount to be returned.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase. Remember that if the return has any associated collection costs, it will be deducted from the return amount.

 

When will I receive my refund?

After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have the interior labels) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in a few days.

Remember that the payment to the credit card always depends on your bank.

 

What should I do if my refund amount is incorrect?

Contact with our customer service department, we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

 

Although our garments undergo important quality controls, in the event that you receive a garment with a quality defect, we will assume all costs related to the return.

Knitwear Store reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
