Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box).
How long will my order take to arrive?
The terms of delivered depend on destination and type of shipping:
- Standard shipments to Spain and Portugal: 3-4 working days (Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands will transit 3-5 days)
- Express shipments to Spain and Portugal (mainland only): 24-48 hours
- International shipments: 3 to 7 working days depends on the country of destination.
How much do I pay for delivery service?
Shipping costs depend on destination and type of shipping:
- Standard shipments to Spain and Portugal (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): 3,95 € | FREE for orders above 30 €.strong>
- Standard Shipping to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands: € 9.95 | FREE for purchases over 100 €.
- Express shipments to Spain and Portugal (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): 5,95 €.
- International Shipping (others): the system will calculate the shipping based on the order value. | FREE for purchases over 100 €.
Can I track my order?
Yes, in the "my orders" section in "my account" you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.
What is the home delivery process?
We'll send you an email confirmation of shipping (if your order will leave the warehouse), and where possible one with a tracking number (with link to the website of the courier). It is possible that the carrier will contact you via sms or e-mail to inform the delivery of your order.
