What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We offer the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard), Paypal, and Bank Transfer. Please note that payment by bank transfer may delay more delivery, because we must wait to receive the transfer of your bank.

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

 - The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.

 - You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

 - You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

At the time of payment with your card, you will be redirected to a secure page of our bank. From this page, the transaction will be secure and all credit card data will be checked.

How do I make the transfer payment?

Once you have finished your order and choose payment by bank transfer, you will see a screen with all our bank details so you can make the transfer. Also, you will receive an email with all banking information so that you have in your e-mail. Please note that this form of payment may delay delivery of your order, as we must wait for your bank deposit the money in our account, and this can take 1 or 2 working days. Once we receive payment, we will notify you by email and will proceed to the shipment of your order
