Due to the current state of alarm status, and as a protection measure for our entire human team, orders may be delayed. Our online store will be open for you to place your order, but you have several options:

- Place your order normally. We will send it to you as soon as possible, since the transport agencies are still operating. However, sometimes the preparation of shipment can be delay, you will receive information via email. Please, be patient.

It is important that when the transportation agency deliver you, keep a security distance

- Place your order and receive later, when the alarm status rises. If you want to know what to do if you want to see the normal situation, tell us what you want to see "SEND MORE FORWARD" or send us an email to info@knitwearstore.es, tell us how to do it and receive it later. We manage your order but we will not send it until the alarm state passes, sending you an email prior to shipment to give us your agreement.

Since delivery times can be delayed, while the alarm status lasts, the deadline for exchanges and returns is 60 days from when you receive the package.
