Shipment
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc. - never at a post office box). Fill in the shipping address correctly during the purchase process.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on the destination and type of shipment:
- Standard shipments to Spain and Portugal: 48/72 business hours (for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands the transit will be 72-96 hours)
- Express shipments to Spain and Portugal (peninsula only): 24-48 business hours. For the Balearic Islands the period may be 48 working hours.
- International shipments: between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the destination country.
How much shipping costs are?
Shipping costs depend on destination and kind of shipment::
- Standard shipments to Spain and Portugal (peninsula and Balearic Islands): €4.95 | FREE for orders over €50.
- Standard shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands: €9.95 | FREE for purchases over €100.
- Express shipments to Spain and Portugal (peninsula and Balearic Islands): €6.95
- International shipments (other countries): the system will calculate shipping costs based on the value of the order. | FREE for orders over €150.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, through "my account" in placed orders you will be able to see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email to track.
What is the delivery process?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order is going to leave the warehouse), and whenever possible another one with a tracking number (with a link to the courier company's website). The carrier may contact you by SMS or email to inform you of the delivery of your order.
